Wheels & rims
Refinishing for automotive, truck, motorcycle, ATV, and trailer wheels in solid, textured, satin, gloss, and specialty powders.
Wheel refinishing • metal finishing
Big Donkey Powder Coating restores wheels and metal parts with controlled laser cleaning, professional powder application, and an even industrial cure—built for a finish that looks sharp and works hard.

Built for metal
We are building a modern finishing operation around repeatable surface preparation and dependable cure control. That means fewer shortcuts between a tired part and its finished surface.
From a single wheel to a coordinated set of components, every job starts with the condition of the metal, the intended use, and the finish you want.
Refinishing for automotive, truck, motorcycle, ATV, and trailer wheels in solid, textured, satin, gloss, and specialty powders.
Brackets, housings, covers, suspension pieces, and other suitable metal components prepared and coated for durability.
Frames, racks, guards, tools, and equipment parts that need a hard-wearing surface and a cleaner finished look.
Furniture, railings, fixtures, and fabricated pieces finished for consistent color and everyday resistance.
The Big Donkey process
A durable coating depends on what happens before the powder ever reaches the part. Our workflow keeps preparation, application, and cure under one roof.
We review the part, discuss finish goals, then use laser ablation where appropriate to remove old coating, oxidation, and surface contamination without blasting media.
Clean metal is masked and powder is applied electrostatically for controlled, consistent coverage. Color, sheen, and texture are chosen for the job.
The coating is cured to specification in our oven, cooled, unmasked, and visually inspected before the finished part is ready to leave the shop.
The transformation
Professional prep gives powder a clean foundation. The result is a uniform finish designed to resist normal wear, weather, chips, and corrosion.
